Incline DB press ( cant push theses very hard atm little sensitive in my delt. )
2x8 @ 25kg

Decline DB press
2x8 @ 40kg

Incline Bench Rows
4x12s @ 35kg full rom with straps

Face-Pulls
2x12s @ ???? cant recall oops.

Arms
2x12 curls
2x12 push downs
2x12 single arm push downs
2x12 single arm preacher curls


Average session today was very pressed for time, so had to bench at home no one to help me unrack which doesn't help me personally the load really triggers my front delt. But oh well job done... another day in the bank.

@abolone Keep up the good work, boss. I like how you're mixing in the inclines and the declines. That's good balance for your muscles. A lot of people don't realize that's a smart thing to do.

I like what you're doing here. The incline bench rows and the decline dumbbell press. Both are really solid and great job on the arm training. @abolone
