Decided to bench in my shirt today, don't know why, probably b/c I just got it and I haven't had a chance to play with it yet
so my warm up went:
135 x10
185 x10
225 x10
315 x10
405 x 5* somehow I arched my back too much and heard it crack on the first rep so they rest were very uncomfortable
405 x 1 ouch I gave up
went on to 225 for reps with a sore ass lower back
225 x 30
We did suspended push ups next, basically there are two handles hanging from chains from the monolift, we put our feet on a box and did 3 x 8 at our bodyweight
next was swiss ball db bp (as if I wasn't in enough pain already)

then we did some chest supp. reverse bench Press

225x8x3
then Pills said he felt sick b/c he is on a diet and hasn't eaten shit, and I felt like an arthritic old man so we said fuck it and called it a day...another shitty workout
