Oh and by the way about bad anckles, I fell four stories of a log home when I was 20 and totally blew out my ackle, feemer, pelvis, 6 ribs, and 3 bones in my left hand. I have a rod inside my right leg and plates in my anckle and hand. After 6 months of therapy I could walk agian and I have no motion in my anckle to this day because they had to fuse it together. Leg day was Monday, Monday I squated 305 for 5x5. You talk about callin people out, tellin them to post up pics, well I got a challange for you. I challange you to go to your gym find a guy 250lb+ with under 12% b.f who is a deadicted bodybuilder and tell him hes fat and lazy to his face and then report back and let us know how it went.

I slipped a disk in my back in high school, and broke my ankle sparing when I was 18, and still have enough scar tissue in it to the jion protrodes on the lateral side of it a good inch farther out than my other ankle... so I found this amusing also, since I've done deep squats with 505 on myworking sets, and have done hack squats to parrellel with 22 plates. Nice point orb. Its a lame excuse.
