After several weeks of working out the details with some of the brilliant minds of this site and finally getting my supplies delivered, I started my very first cycle this week. Since the fine folks here helped me design it, I will keep you all posted on my progress and we shall see how things go from here.
My starting stats (based on a BodPod taken on Thursday, November 15):
Gender: Male
Age: 37
Weight: 180 lbs
Bodyfat: 12.3%
My goal on the cycle is to lean out a little more while hardening up, adding some vascularity and increasing my strength. Ideally I would like to get my bodyfat back into the single digits (was reading in the 7.5-9% range March-June but took a few months off and got lazy but am back on track the last two months with a few more pounds of lean mass than I had then). As I said in my original thread, my goal is not to bulk up, but rather to strive for the lean and cut look seen in 300 and Immortals.
I have a show of sorts that requires me to focus on cutting my bodyfat as low as possible by the end of the first week of December without sacrificing any lean tissue in the process. So between now and then my cardio and diet will be a bit tighter than ideal for maximizing the strength benefit of the var/prov. Once that is done, the remainder of the cycle will have my calories back up some and my focus will switch some.
The plan is as follows:
1-8 Anavar 80mg (may up to 100 last 2-4 weeks)
1-8 Proviron 75mg
1-8 HCGenerate (6 caps/day)
1-8 N2Guard (8 caps/day)
1-8 Forged Liver (2 caps/day)
1-12 Creatine Nitrate - SAN (6 caps/day)
3-12 Forma (7 pumps 2/day)
1-3 and 9-12 DAA Chews
9-12 Unleashed/PostCycle (2 doses/day)
9-12 Clomid (25mg/day)
9-12 Osta (25mg/day)
I upped the N2Guard and added in Forged Liver as added support given I am running a pretty decent-sized dose of two orals. I also added in the DAA chews for the first three weeks to help give me an added boost as I prepare for the show, which is three weeks after I started the cycle (I started on Monday so I am ending my first week today).
For workouts, I will be doing a four day split (Chest/Back/Shoulders/Triceps+Biceps) with a day off after each two days of lifting for a 2 on 1 off setup. I will also be doing a shit ton of cardio the first few weeks (nothing compared to what dylan does, but a good 8-12 hours a week). Cardio and weights will be separated, with cardio usually happening fasted in the morning and lifting later in the day after having fueled up a bit and recharging.
Food will be a bit tricky the first few weeks. I have been averaging about 2500 calories and 300-350 grams of protein this week. I will try to maintain that through Thanksgiving, which will be my only cheat day between now and the show. After that I will tighten up a bit more and be busting ass for the 12 days before the show to cut bodyfat and lean out as much as possible without cutting lean tissue. Advice on how to maximize my results for this stretch is encouraged/requested.
After that bet is settled/won, I will change my diet to follow the advice given by dylan and up my calories to the 2500-3000 range and my protein closer to 350-400 grams.
Once the cycle is over, the plan will be to go from PCT directly into a SARMs cycle, which I would like to start planning now so I can get a jump on getting my supplies together. I'm not sure what the best combination is for me and need to read up more on what each of the major three does and what benefit they would have to me in working towards my goals. At that point, I want to focus on continuing to lean out while trying to add a bit of mass across the chest, shoulders and upper back (legs and arms are both fine as they are - chest and shoulders are my two weakest bodyparts). I'm thinking that Osta and S4 are the best options. From what I undestand, GW is great for leaning out but not necessarily good when trying to add some lean mass in the process. I'm also not sure what other things should be added to the mix. By then, the holidays will be past and I won't have to worry about traveling through any airports, so I'd be open to injectibles too fill out the plan. Maybe the best bet would be to just run the SARMs as a bridge to my next cycle, do the mini-PCT I've seen dylan recommend to others and then go into another cycle from there. Advice on this is defnitely requested as well.
