LG's *first* Journal

That makes total sense.
I have gained back a lb or two from my cheat DAYS.. so I figured I would have a cheat time ( 4 hours) but it would only be in the begining part of a day- before noon always.

Eating every 3 hours is showing me more progress than when I was chowing every 2. Results usually start to show after the 3-4 week mark right?

Again, it depends. I can show progress in a few days. There are days that my weight won't budge, but I know if I keep being consistent it will break through. At this point you should have been at 127lbs. The only reason why you're not is because you were having "windows for cheating" there's no such thing as a window for cheating. You get to where you want to be, then you play around. And I KNOW you're young and need to have fun and you should. But if you have a date goal to be in shape, then you don't have room for straying.

:chomp: So NO cheating unitl the goal is reached...my only question is; isnt the point of cheating to shock your body? My only concern would be not having the reward at the end of the week of hard work & diet..

where as I am interested in competing one day, I really do appreciate the feedback, and I guess I will have to suck it up & no cheating again until my weight has reached 127lbs.

I do agree, I shouldve been there a long time ago. While my weight is hovering, I am getting more muscular. I should really post some photos for you- then you can critique :)

IMO, I think is best to have cheat meal up to a certain point, then you need to be spot on. You can cheat up to a couple of months before comp, but not all the way through. The thing is that you are not where you want to be and you're not getting there fast. That's why I'm suggesting NO cheats. You have 3 months away, right? at this point you could have been hving a cheat meal, but I THINK you had plenty or you wouldn't be losing so slowly. Maybe your cheats were too big? too frequent? I'm not sure. But it appears is 2 step forward and 1/2 steps backwards. Do you agree?

Yes' can you post pictures for me. or I'll pm you my email address.

I definately agree. Its getting to be pretty rediculous, and I am definately frustrated with it all.

After a week of staying on track, I will reward myself a little too much I think- and yes, I bounce back easily ( about a week ) thats a week that I could be progressing, not just getting BACK to where I started...

I will take some pic's tonight & email them to you- Thank you for your support.

I would initially like to start competing next year, after I get my BA & move to Toronto. :) Thats the dream anyways..:qt:

Now you got it!
If you want to compete in a year or so, give yourself a year to train for it since this is your first time. I could say 6 months, but 6 months go really fast and you'll have to be 100% spot on and I don't think you're ready for that. LOL!

LOL.
Than- considering my history w/ being spot on- I would say NO freakin way is 6 months enough time! Granted, in the past year, Ive quit smoking & drinking... so really..I am capable of anything I put my mind too.
There is ALOT going on right now though (I am studying for my real estate & working full time) so a year goal is PERFECT O! :)

Dont know what Id do without you or ELITE! lol:qt:
