I was busy this weekend w/ Canadian Thanksgiving, but now its back to the ol' routine.
I've been having a hard time getting those macro's to match exactly. Im always falling short on something, or coming out too much with something else... thats why I requested a specific diet, heres an example of what Ive been dealing with ( trying to get it down as close as possible & not having much luck..
)
Meal 1- 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup skim milk & dried fruit
Fat:1.3 Carb: 25.3 Protien:7.3
Meal 2- 27g. Protien Shake
Fat: 0.1 Carb:0.2 Protien: 27
Meal 3- Chicken Salad 2 cups w/ Light Dressing 1tbsp
Fat: 3.9 Carb:6.7 Protien:19.1
Meal 4- Tuna & 3 Rice Cakes
Fat:1.8 Carb: 6.7 Protien:41.4
Meal 5- P.w.o ( I have 27g protien here & 1 tsp. glutamine)
Meal 6- 4 egg whites w/ 1 cup broccoli
Fat: 0.5 Carbs:6.8 Protien: 16.8
TOTAL: FAT: 7.7 Carb: 46.1 Protien: 125.2
You see, the protien is the only thing I can get close.. please help.
