I dont want to loose too much hips.. but whatever Im doing ( eating clean) is working isanely well. I didnt do any cardio last week. Will start incorperating it again this week. 30 min. 3x this week.

Stayed away from the booze & junk this week :) Feel much MUCH better !!!

Im actually really shocked that I'm losing without cardio- I always had it in my head that it was necessary to lose weight..
Back at er tonight- Back & Abs, 20 min. cardio. Tomorrow, Arms & Abs, 30 min. cardio. Friday- legs.
Then i'm outta town for the weekend- its the hubby's bday! :) Hope i dont fall off the wagon.. too bad..Lol

That's because it's not about cardio. It's all about your macros.

morning ladies-

well, shame on me. I made it to week 3 without doing much damage.. but someone brought chocolate kisses to work... and you know the "cravings" a girl can get when its "that time" for her... :(

I'm afraid this week was a total write off & climbing back on the horse ( pms free) next week..

How do you all control the insane sugar cravings during this "period"..haha, so to speak. I read that it is because your brain doesnt have the same acess to seritonin as it normally does, causing us to feast without consideration.. :(

I weigh in tomorrow, hope it didnt set me back too terribly much.
