Last little layer of fat...

No matter what i do, i cant seem to pull this last little layer of fat off my abs . If i flex my abs, you can see them really well all 8 of them.Problem is, when they are unflexed you barely see them. I want that last layer off, so they are very visible WITHOUT me flexing. So far i have tried this, but with no success...

Cardio 4 times a week for 45 mins.
Lowered my carb intake.
My job also has me sweating my ass off for 4 hours a day.


Havent tried any fat burners yet. Was considering Xenedrine or Clenbutrx, clenbutrx being pretty strong. I would also like some information about how my diet should be. Also, how i would go about keeping that layer from coming back.

Keep in mind i dont carry much water weight because i work out 5 days a week, cardio 4 times, and my job too. I take 2 protein shakes a day with 30g of protein each. I then eat 4 small meals during the day. Its a very thin layer of fat, it just doesnt seem to want to come off.

My training regimine for abs is as follows...

I train them 1-2 times a week depending if they are really sore.

Start with hanging leg raises 4 sets of 10-12.
Then i go to ( i think its called a roman chair). With ankle weights i do 3 sets of 10 leg raises.
I then go to a decline bench at about 30 degrees. I put a 25lb plate on my chest and lower my self very slowly about 3/4 of the way down. Then i come up and really squeeze my abs tight as possible for 3 seconds. 4 sets of 8-10.

Dont think my problem is ab size, becuause i have pretty decent ab size. When i flex u can really c them bulge. The problem is seeing them when im NOT flexing.
 
True - but building them up increases the depth of the delenia between them making them more pronounced.

Add a good fat burner like an NYC stack and drink lots of water and do cardio first in the morning on a Interval basis

First, what is an NYC stack?
Should i ALWAYS drink water instead of milk as i usuially do?
I always get a good cardio workout in the morning. I work from 4-8am lol. You mean interval basis as in, every other day right?

I appreciate your help.
 
Milk kills defintion for me. Try replacing with water for a few days and see if that helps.

Interval as in 30 seconds as hard as you can go followed by a minute of very moderate paced activity and then repeat
