I eat about 8 egg whites and 1 whole egg a day. The problem is that through out the day I am lettin loose some really killer rotten egg farts. Any body else expierience this? Is there a way to combat this, or should I suck it up and drive on with a hard on?
Drive on, brother, drive on! I get it bad with boiled eggs.... actually anytime I increase my protein intake whether by shakes or food it kicks up the ole' gas meter. Blow 'em out loud and proud!
Mine isn't the farts...it's those damn burps that drive me nutz....guess you just get use to your own azz smelling like sulfer, which may not be a good thing.
You guys can try ginger root extract. That helps me when I'm upping protine to unreal levels. Just take a few capfulls before each meal, and it should help you digest the protine better.
