I'm subbed in for this one for sure!.. Is there ANY way you could post your pics as a link also so non platinum members can see your progress etc.??? 5 high box jumps

Lat pulldowns superset pull-ups to failure

200x5( grueling pulls :S)

Pec dec
4 sets of 12ish reps( around 200 lb)s.. superset close grip triangle push-ups

10 min Push-up circuit

Quick stretch and bounced outta there gym was nuts yo!!
Real solid workout though heart rate was jacked the entire session

60lb drag curls x 12 super set 40lb hammer curls x 10.. Drop set 25xfailure

Close grip lat pull downs

180x8(maybe 7I mighta failed )
200x5...5 sec stretch ..2 more (utter rape)

Preacher curls

I can't remember the weight I think I started with a 25lb plate per side of ez curl bar

Worked way up to 35/side but tight squeeze / full extention

Front squats-....just cause some douch was ticking me off bragging about squats

15 min intense track sprints.. About 8

6 high box jumps

Incline bench

Leg extensions
Just a whole bunch to fatigue legs from sprints

Leg curls
Same as above

Workouts seem like meh but I tell ya they are very intense

Upped carbs by 100 and man my metabolism took off and I filled right out .. I have been under eating I feel and tonight's gym effort let me know I should eat just a little more.. While at work anyways .

On days off now , heading to Vegas tomorrow for 3 nights with my girlfriend for a much needed break from this cold north . Hopefully my katana will be in by my return .. Will keep diet clean minus the alcohol but ill be walking all day so I won't be sedentary. Plus ever morning I wake up do planks and push-ups

Weighed in at 190 but I was so much more full looking and hard than the last few days, and my mood was really good today . Libido seems to be taking off also on this anabolic freak / test freak combo. BF is definitely down
