Workouts seem like meh but I tell ya they are very intense
Upped carbs by 100 and man my metabolism took off and I filled right out .. I have been under eating I feel and tonight's gym effort let me know I should eat just a little more.. While at work anyways .
On days off now , heading to Vegas tomorrow for 3 nights with my girlfriend for a much needed break from this cold north . Hopefully my katana will be in by my return .. Will keep diet clean minus the alcohol but ill be walking all day so I won't be sedentary. Plus ever morning I wake up do planks and push-ups
Weighed in at 190 but I was so much more full looking and hard than the last few days, and my mood was really good today . Libido seems to be taking off also on this anabolic freak / test freak combo. BF is definitely down
