Fast but intense workout was burnt right out

Face pulls
40x many ( 3 sets until failure 10 sex pause between sets.. Just to pre exhaust rear delts)
Rear delt flys

25x12 drop set 15x12 super set rear delt swings 10lbs x many (failure)
Dumbell military press ..90 degree bench
45x20

75x12
85x8 ( Pr I think..

Laying side laterals
20lbsx 12 clean reps ( 4 sets per arm no breaks inbetweeen)
DB shrugs
85x12 drop set 60 x 12? Drop set 45 x failure .. Super set with a static hold out from sides to really exhaust side laterals( held about 30 sec).... Super set standing side laterals 10x failure
Hammer strength shoulder press
2 plates per side x 12..x8x6
( 15 sec break between sets)
1 mega set biceps
Hammer curls 45s x 12ish..?.. Super set ez curl drag curls 60lb x about 12..super set hammer curls 30x12 drop set 20x failure
I felt off all day my brain was fried from over thinking lack of sleep and a bunch a bs. Still a decent workout I did all that in 45 min
