All I can say is my god. I took my need2guard everyday even though I'm not on anything. ( well I took my first katana this am) and I am certain it spared me some rougher feelings. Bought a huge engagement ring proposed out side ceasars palace. Good thing we have a camera full of pictures cause I am like oh ya we did that!

Took am katana 1 pill.

Body basement workout just to get In the groove and wake up. Will hit gym later for a real workout

Push-ups , planks, and more of each. Feeling energetic and still feel strong. Weight remains the same after the holiday so not all is lost. Time tosee the power of the mighty katana !
