Well today I felt much much better energy wise. I even missed my pre workout cup of oats and whey( stupid me forgot it on the table as I was leaving!!) so I had a need to slin about an hour and a half pre gym, bcaa / gear combo while at the gym, and my workout was siiick to say the least !
30 min track sprints ( getting very strong at these! )
10 min high jumps onto a box .. Must be 4 feet high I barely make er

385x2( didn't want to risk a third)
10 min stretch 10 min abs
I'm starting to see the nitrogen retention of the need to slin/ gear. I was blown up like I were in the 12th week of EQ!! That's even without my oats . I still have energy

I'm only at 2600 cals and I had a tough day at work, I should try to jam some more of something down the hatch here before bed.
