Am workout . Woke up leaner than ever even after upping cals significantly. My appetite is nuts so is my body temp
10 min treadmill warmup ( light pace walk/ jog , cardio seems hindered a little maybe from eating so much)
Chest
Incline smith
45 lb x side x failure ( 20 or so right deep to the neck )
4 sets of this to warm up and stretch pecs
Incline flys
40x 12
35x15
30x18( went lighter to focus on form and stretch )
Flat bench guillotine
45per sidex 15 (deep stretching )
4 sets if this to failure it was utter chest destruction
Bw dips x like 10 ( 3 sets chest was Effed up )
High pully Fys
50x side x 10 x 2 sets
Skull crushers 80 x18 ( 2 sets superset close grip flat bench 45xside x failure)
One hand cable rope downs
60x 12 or so ... Reverse grip. 3 sets no breaks
V handle press downs
160 x 12
X10 super set bw dips
3 treadmill sprints
Gotta say something is working, wasnt so lethargic my body is calling for fuel. Sick agression and energy in the gym but I haven't been able to sleep these last few nights. Night sweats , tossing and turning , vivid dreams, will take second dose NIH earlier today like noon or 1 pm rather than 5 pm see if that helps.
Sick workout I gotta say I'm riding high right now bout to smash down some pancakes eggs n steak !
