Thx BU truthfully it kind of just happened but it was the best trip I have ever had;) no regrets at all and I've never seen a girl so happy and that to me makes it all worthwhile ! Time to kill the gym!

Hit shoulders and the bike this evening. Feeling dry and a little dehydrated. The workout was mediocre kind of like this entire day. Need one more good sleep to be back to normal. Will update tomorrow when I can give better feedback on katana. Diet was on point 100% today so the muscle building recomp is underway :)

Am workout

10 min medium pace bike ride
10 min leg stretches/ Bw split squats

Leg press - 2 plates/side x 30
4 plates/sidex20
6 plates/Sidex12
8 plates/sidex9

Super set all with calf presses x failure

Good mornings
135x12 (3 sets superset with DB sldl 70lbs x failure..bout 10-12)

Back extensions Bw x 30

I didn't want to end yet so I hit some flat bench speed cubing or w/e

Superset tricep rope downs

Short but intense bicep circuit






Been very lethargic since Vegas and this morning was no different. Breakfast was 1 cup oats / scoop whey/tbsp cinnamon and a half carton scrambled egg whites n veggies
And 1 katanadrol

Seems to me and I'm not sure here if its been me crashing from the large amounts of sugar I had In me or if its lethargy from katanadrol but after I take it I feel very sleepy.

Anyways I napped for a half hour then drove to the gym but once in the gym I was an animal... I feel like I was crashing from the sugar as I write this I am still full of energy and my head is clear. It's been real fuzzy since Sunday.

Will be crushing the gym tonight with my woman. 2 days off work still woohoo!

Well I ate way over today that my set macros but they were clean and damn I felt blown up and solid looking tonight!

50x15ish??( tight form on all sets held the stretch longer as the reps went on so I'd fail around 15 roughly)

Close grip lat pull downs( palms facing eachother)

Def feeling something kicking in as far as strength and endurance go, it may be tough to keep the cut up I felt way better consuming more food and it def made me look more solid. Felt a little aggressive today also dunno what that is about could just be the crazy traffic up here. Some stomach discomfort too

Am workout . Woke up leaner than ever even after upping cals significantly. My appetite is nuts so is my body temp

10 min treadmill warmup ( light pace walk/ jog , cardio seems hindered a little maybe from eating so much)

Chest
Incline smith

45 lb x side x failure ( 20 or so right deep to the neck )
4 sets of this to warm up and stretch pecs

Incline flys
40x 12
35x15
30x18( went lighter to focus on form and stretch )

Flat bench guillotine
45per sidex 15 (deep stretching )
4 sets if this to failure it was utter chest destruction

Bw dips x like 10 ( 3 sets chest was Effed up )

High pully Fys

50x side x 10 x 2 sets

Skull crushers 80 x18 ( 2 sets superset close grip flat bench 45xside x failure)

One hand cable rope downs
60x 12 or so ... Reverse grip. 3 sets no breaks

V handle press downs
160 x 12
X10 super set bw dips

3 treadmill sprints

Gotta say something is working, wasnt so lethargic my body is calling for fuel. Sick agression and energy in the gym but I haven't been able to sleep these last few nights. Night sweats , tossing and turning , vivid dreams, will take second dose NIH earlier today like noon or 1 pm rather than 5 pm see if that helps.

Sick workout I gotta say I'm riding high right now bout to smash down some pancakes eggs n steak !
