Padded squats on hammer strength machine ( facing forward
4 plates a side( new gym this machine butt fucked my quads)
3 sets of like 8
Laying hammy curls 4 sets
Some pull-ups
Side laterals
Curls
Rope downs
Still felt off but weight was 198
And I am pretty cut up I wish my katanadrol wasn't near its end
Shoulders and back are becoming very wide also I am noticing , I like it
