Pretty awesome workout each set really was a struggle when it got up in weight!
I'm liking these workouts more with less volume but heavy and hard. After working all day I feel I have more energy to lift heavy rather than for volume, and I am feeling denser and denser and strong

Still holding some slight water from that big ass dinner but weight was 197 and feeling pretty damn good. Just taking hcgenerate for now and a little taper off forma stanzol into the holiday season. Biggest thing I really have noticed is my strength is much improved. I easily set prs in squat ( first time I have ever hit 405 for Clean reps) and incline bench ( first time to hit 225) and my db rows I hit 125 for 5 and clean. Military press did not improve much , deadlift I hit 405x 3 which I haven't done for a long time either.

Words can not describe the sick workout I had tonight
30 mins bike ride pretty intense
Legs feeling massive so front squats

( ok my legs are disproportionate to the rest of my body now days but I feel strong on them so I like it.)
Thighs measured 27 inches tonight
Went on to do an arm and calf circuit and a ton of abs. The water weight is nearly all gone and I am feeling phenomenal. Wife is gone now to Labrador which sucks cause I won't be joining her for 10 more days...
But over these 10 days I am staying in camp and eating and training and sleeping and I am going to show up just shredded muahaha!! So she can jump me and ride me
