Leaning out nicely now with little change to my diet, still strong as ever, nice to see the veins again:evil:

dumbell hammer curls 3x10
barbell curls 4x8

weights are still going up, still feeling great, absolutly no sides to report, good stuff....
 
Haven't posted in a few days, our new baby aint sleeping much (imagine that) and neither are we, Workouts are still awesome I hit shoulders wed and chest yesterday, took today off to rest and eat....
 
Back and Bi's yesterday:

Deads 4x5
rows 4x8
pullups 4xfailure
close grip cable pulls 4x10
preacher curls 5x8
rope hammer curls 4x10

One thing I have noticed is my back is getting alot more thicker and stronger than ever in the past, i'm sold for life on need2slin

Hit shoulders today, finally the veins are coming out in the shoulders:evil:, my melanotan is in full effect also so with the water/fat loss, muscle gain, vascularity and tan working for me I look like a completly different person

Military press 5x5
Arnold presses 3xfailure
lat raises 4x8
upright rows 3x8
dumbell shrugs 4xfailure

Hit chest today, was digging threw me med cabinet and found 2 adderalls I didn't know I still had:chomp: I haven't taken any in almost 2 years so lets just say todays workout was intense, im still full of focus:

Flat bench dumbells 4x6
incline dumbells 4x6
paramount cable flys 4x8
close grip barbell press 4x8
dips 4xfailure
pushups 4xfailure

I'm thinking of switching up my need2slin regiment from 1 cap 3x day to 2 caps pre workout and one post, i'm not taking in any carbs at night now so I think my PM pill is going to waste.

Pre and post workout would definitely be another great way to dose it out!! I'm taking 1 before meal 1, then my other 2 pre and post workout and getting good results!
 
just rolled in from spending 5 days with the family back home, everybody said my little girl looks just like me, poor thing:(, anyway, could do much in the way of working out and my diet went to crap, grandma's cooking supercedes any diet! Plan on hitting hard again tomorrow, should be well rested anyways..
