First of all, someone should have been charged w/ a hate crime for hanging nooses from a tree at a public school, Second, if this was a blacl on black fight or a white on white fight, the charges would be simple assualt. Third thing is, The D.A. has already made public statements that lead one to believe that he will not be fair and impartial in getting justice. Don`t play bullshit over this issue. People are not expecting nothing to happen to the 6 young men who beat this kid up, but attempted mureder? Wake the fuck up. There is still a huge gap between blacks and whites when it comes to our legal system. No black card needed for this situation, the facts are right there in front of you.

The kid should not have been charged with murder; the DA should be fired but the rest of it is mostly overblown re: racism. The media and the NAACP conveniently both leave out important facts.

I've lived in the south all my life. I and 1/2 mutt, part Lumbee Indian and who knows what else (but 100% smooth-ass mutherfucker!!). I have seen racism from both sides of the fence and if there is one thing I know it is the NAACP is one of the most racist groups around. They should be banned. Jessie Jackson is a total hate monger too. He has absolutely no credibility in my book.

In this town, I`m not sure the white kids would have been charged w/ anything for beating up a black kid. If you look into it more, a black kid "WAS" beaten at a party and had a gun pulled on him later. The kid wrestled the gun away from an older man (28-30yrs old) and was charged w/ robbery. So, do you really think it would be a horrible hate crime ? Proly not, cause you would not have ever heard about it.

A gun pulled on him for arguing with someone almost twenty years older than him. Dude, you are way off base w/ this one. BUT, WHAT ELSE SHOULD WE EXPECT.
