As far as my numbers, I have done better but I am kind of on the comeback and what I like is that the book tells me what to do. Add 5 pounds here and do 5 reps. A No-Brainer. Works for me, gonna give it a try for 8 weeks. My bodyweight has gone up 4-5 pounds to date
