I heard that this is the best way to warm up. It supposedly warms up your CNS and your muscles too. I used it today, and I found that I did actually lift alot more than I expected to (in contrast to last week).

What does everyone think, it takes a long fucking time to do though.

50% working weight for 10 reps.....60 sec rest
60% working weight for 8 reps.....60 sec rest
75% " " for 4 reps....2 min rest
80%" " for 2 reps....2 min rest
90% " " for 1 rep.......3 mins rest, then working set

What does everyone think??

Appearently whats best is too get the blood flowing with some kind of light cardio, heart rate up (maybe 1-2 minutes), followed by 15-20 reps with a light weight to 10-15, by then im all warmed up and ready to go.
