Injury Recovery Cycle - TB500, IGF-1 LR3 and low dose DECA?

Mon 5/11/15 First Injections: ~100mcg IGF-LR3 and ~1.7g TB-500

Pinned, ate a huge meal, followed by warm-up, stretching, a few hip rehab drills and working on front squat technique. I have PT first thing tommorow so leaving gas in the tank for it. I'm realizing it will be hard to time IGF-LR3 1 hr. post workout due to my situation. If it's not feasible then I will take it in the evening or preworkout.


I recommend googling "Anatomy of a Syringe" - to see how to measure using a syringe. (basically measure from the bottom of the stopper). I shot up ~100mcg because I measured from the apex of the plunger/stopper rather than the bottom. It's an effective amount for anabolism but my primary goal is recovery and minimal side effects not anabolism.

Word of advice anyone messing with IGF-1 LR3 get .5cc syringes and as needles get blunted easily have an excess needle to syringe ratio (more needles than syringes). The graduation marks on a 3ml syringe are .1ml and the vial only holds 3ml BAC water so the smallest units I can measure in is 33.33mcg/(1/10ml) (1000mcg/3 ml/graduations). Also its hard to use only .1ml so I'll be using .2ml or ~67mcg per shot.
 
Feeling good this morning (after first pin) usually after even a warmup the next day I'd feel sore, neck really stiff and muscles+spine achey. Today feel more limber and fresher, only calves are tight +neck feels a bit tight+stiff ....could be placebo.. also just did great PT session, usually I'd be shaking like a leaf + wierd muscle weakness by the end but today only mild shakes and muscles feel stonger.
 
Feeling itchy all over I'm gonna wait till I order 1cc syringes to reduce dose of igf-lr3 to 25mcg and use it only preworkout....at least I know the shit works....
 
welcome thatdudeoverthere, so far the best source I've found for info on peptides and steriods are conversations with members here and the website thinksteriods (the dude holds a degree in analytical chemistry and did further study into medicinal chemistry).

I Am also Aware of thinksteroids. Both that and especially this site, is rife With good information Regarding steroids and peptides. (If you Can find it ;) )
I myself Am trying to recover from a bum knee (meniscus)
And are trying to read up on all the possibilities, out there, especially peptides catches my eye .
 
What exactly is up with your miniscus? Research vit C and collogen synthesis ( also proline+lysine)..., also egg membrane for glucosamine.

I'm having an allergic reaction. I'm going to try sterile water with the tb500 next pin and see if it does the same...(itchy sensitive skin, red bumps) taking benedrly around the clock to counteract it...

Tb500 is working great though...i think it's masking any pain so I gotta be more careful about my lifts and just work on form and building a good base...

Pinned 2.5 grams of TB500 mixed with sterile no preservative eyewash to check for any allergic reaction; still on anti-histamines. Immediately after pinning in my glute there was a red bump but this time on thigh no irritation....hoping its the Bacteriostatic Water that's causing the allergy.

Do you Think it is healing or only masking? Or is it to early to tell?

My knee issues:
Some years ago I was attending army PT coach school/course and accidentally got tackled by a 90kg Heavy guy, In the hip, and my knee internally Rotated, and got a small tear, In the medial (right) meniscus.
Apparently this is not good if you are an aspiring Oly weightlifter...
Have had an op for it, but retore a small part of it, because of my job.
 
Oh I should have mentioned:

Am already taking
Proline/lysine
Omega 3
Vit c
Glucosamine sulfat,
Hydrolized collagen.

And have recieved: x5 PRP injections.
It helped... Alot!
Still unable to squat :/
 
Found out its the bacteriostatic water im allergic to (no hives or skin sensitivity this morning after last night's injection).

Tb500 is amazing thus far, felt immediately better from the first dose. I'm just catious right now as it seems too good to be. I really feel like my body is in 5x better shape. My neck felt so good I decided to deadlift alas it's a little stiff and cranky but not too bad. Spine feels good. It's anti-inflammatory properties are very strong; it also seems to work almost like a muscle relaxer but only targeting tight strained muscles. Just had my last serious test this semester should be able to focus on PT everyday now.

Since you've got a single localized injury igf des and/or tb500 might be good. Are they illegal for research in DK? PRP sounds awesome especially with hgh...

Well I have come to the same conclusion:
Tb-500
With igf1-Lr3/or des

Would probably get good results.
(for lab rats)
But no :) There is no way to aquire, those substances legally In my country, not even for "research" purposes, and for reasons unknown, it is almost impossible to get via the "usual" les than honourable ways.
I guess AAS and other peps, seks more.

It is very Nice to hear about your progress!
Kinda interesting that it seems to relax the right muscle groups.
Be carefull not to train to much!
Let it heal, so you dont f... It up more ;)
