flat dumbel flyes, 10, 6-8 , 3-5
and

dips 10, 8 , 6
OR
lat pull overs
8- 10, 6-8, 4-6

My chest isn't growing, i eat like a monster can you guys give me advice

Dump the bench press and use inclines in your routine. Make sure the angle is somewhere between 30 and 45 degrees.

Let the bar come down 1 inch below the collar bone. Never lock out at the top position, always keep continuous stress on the muscle.

Also, use the arch deluxe method to recruit more muscle fibers in the chest.

what is arch deluxe, and yea that might be one of my major problems.. i do all my exercixes slow and maybe i rest too much when i get to the top in a bench press.. or something similar too it.. i never even thought about the continues motion factor.. is that important?

Rest................. I can't stand the thought of that. i love too work out.. i need to do it... i'll try to lower on voluime a little bit..

I've had lots of chest problems as well. I tried close to everything at first and nothing helped. Then i decided to try to use a grip that i wasn't too comfortable with, but it helped loads. I went from a shoulder width grip to and outer ring grip. Play with the grips.

Agreed
Make your main chest lift inclines.

do incline db flyes instead of flat db flyes, i started doin it about 3 weeks ago and i can already notice a difference, you can even feel a big different when you perform the lift

Wide grip barbell on the incline is an excellent choice.

I quit bench pressing years ago and the result has been an improvement in chest size and strength.

The only flat pressing I do is on the hammer strength equipment;) .

Do you think you lost any strength in flat bench?
