I am so glad you are logging. It will help you get through this transition period. Good luck - and keep sharing those recipes!

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to mermaid again.

6 hours of blazing sun today! yeeeehhawwww! played in a great "for fun" (yeah right)
event. I'm already sore, but no rest yet, back to sport specific trainning at 730am tomorrow. Happy Sunday!

MOOOOooooooooooooooorning!
Hi Triel! 72 yesterday with (about) 15mph wind. Cloudy in the morning but cleared about 10am. I sound like a weather woman, "now back to you, Bob". It was fun, but I'm really burnt and sore, too many consecutive days playing. I may have take this morning off. I feel like putzing around home and drinking coffee

:coffee: !!!!!!!

My soreness has subsided and we (my son and I) are off for a power walk. Going to roll with the BoB Jogger for about an hour an a half, beautiful morning! Switched up our training time to this eveining to accommodate another girls schedule, which is a really nice change.
So walking this morning for 1.5 and SS training tonight for 2.5.. keepin' on, keepin' on!

Cali - I started to read your log yesterday and only got to the point where you're slowing your career down but need to compete.....I'm going to get to the rest of it......just stoppin' in to say hello and welcome to logging!!!! :)

Yup SC, winding down my VB career, my last two events are this month, then I'm done. Back to Personal Training as income (could be worse, I'm thankful I love it), but I'll be working at it year round now. Then our big move to our new house in a new place.

So yesterday:

8:30 am
1 hr & 45 min walk, i guesstimate we walked about 6 miles super speedy pace.

6pm- 8pm

games and drills at the beach.

Missed a couple days due to family and training, sometimes I get soooooo busy and so tired I go to sleep all sandy! Good thing my husband doesn't mind sand in the bed.

May 11,
8:30 am -10:45 ss drills:
sprints and saq drills

may 12

1030 am-1pm games

I was really tired, so in bed and asleep at 6:30 pm, it was still light out.

Today I took off, and tomorrow I have a special event to play in, should be fun!
