I meet my 1st goal!! Pleaase some extra advice :) If you don't mind!

Roger that Jen! I'll just make sure to wear my heart rate monitor..so that way I know that my heart rate is where it should be...They say it's better to do cardio early am, on an empty tummy..but like i said, i don't have the tread. or anything else at home. I could easily get up and pop in a dvd and move my @$$. lol. I just wanted some imput..I think I might go to target and find some dvd's that would work!

I would definitely say mix it up!! Keeps you from getting bored......As long as you're keeping your heart rate up......I don't see why you should stick with solely running....plus mixing it up keeps your body guessing cuz the body has this habit of getting used to an exercise.....
