Roger that Jen! I'll just make sure to wear my heart rate monitor..so that way I know that my heart rate is where it should be...They say it's better to do cardio early am, on an empty tummy..but like i said, i don't have the tread. or anything else at home. I could easily get up and pop in a dvd and move my @$$. lol. I just wanted some imput..I think I might go to target and find some dvd's that would work!
