I maxed out today!!!!!!

1-dawg I get what your saying and I was pleased with my leg lifts just if I would have had a better training to go by for cleans that woulda helped me alot. While I'm competing for my school I'ma gonna stick with my coaches workout if I see I start getting stuck then I'll come back to westside, and me weak points are my tri's b/c they could always be stronger but it is my shoulders, lats, and back b/c I know this from prior experience my shoulder is weak due to a car accident and muscle spasms I have on it. Well the left one anyway and having one side strong doesn't do anything.
 
Hmm, maybe I'm an exception, but I lift less than you Cubanito and I'd LOVE gains like that!

Seriously, at the pace you want you'd be an elite powerlifter in about a year. Doesn't seem very logical now does it?

Hell, if I could gain a pound per week for the next 5-6 years, I'd be happy with that. :)

Hey well I would like for all of you to go to my "Ok I thought it over ALLL DAY,(also olympic help)" thread so you can see what I've decided one thing that I left out on there is how my coach had this one kid T my friend on his training program and my friend weighs 250 and eats whatever he wants, he's competing in heavy weights so he started benching 295 9 weeks ago well he maxed out 4 weeks later and got 305 then 5 weeks later got 325. So i'm thinking that his workout like he says "gets you strong quick" but I'm thinking only a 300lb bench strong quick and after that it's too much work to go any higher fast. IN FACT one of my friends that did it last year got stuck at 315 for 3 months.
