hey guys im 115 mostly muscle my arms legs and everything is good but i have no abs yet/? what is wrong? i eat clean no carbs after 3pm and i do cardio (sometimes HIIT) 3 times a week i switch around with low intnsity? what is the problem..i weight train and have cuts but no ab cuts i sont understand..my bf is like 12 %...im female and its hard to get abs.. i train them 3x a week intensily..i invested in hydroxycut and it didnt work,,,im not fat alt all but would like more cuts in my abs> i dont think low carbs is workin for me..i tried keto and that really did shit..i rather eat moderate carbs...do u think its my diet>..i usually afetr my training eat HI gi carbs to replensih muscle glycogen...any help would be good thankls..
