i am on a good diet but no abs!

hey guys im 115 mostly muscle my arms legs and everything is good but i have no abs yet/? what is wrong? i eat clean no carbs after 3pm and i do cardio (sometimes HIIT) 3 times a week i switch around with low intnsity? what is the problem..i weight train and have cuts but no ab cuts i sont understand..my bf is like 12 %...im female and its hard to get abs.. i train them 3x a week intensily..i invested in hydroxycut and it didnt work,,,im not fat alt all but would like more cuts in my abs> i dont think low carbs is workin for me..i tried keto and that really did shit..i rather eat moderate carbs...do u think its my diet>..i usually afetr my training eat HI gi carbs to replensih muscle glycogen...any help would be good thankls..
 
that i totaly agree with...i used to have the same problem..i di abs like crazy and didn't see shit.when i started using weights on ab exrcises then i started to see a difference. you have to develop your abs and just doing high rep exercises won't do it...do you do any weighted ab work?that might help alot.......
 
i do but i am not ripped...i always use weight but mabye thats making my stmoach bigger ..i am female and they usulyy dont want a big somach muscle
 
rriis,your abs look god in that picture bro..what ever you have done worked.

missy,it has to be either bodyfat or underdevolped abs.even if your abs get bigger, you will see the cuts when your BF gets low enough.you seem to be covering every base though with diet,ab workouts,traing......
 
yeah rriis - those abs look pretty razor sharp to me!!

I've only recently started hoisting a plate onto my chest during crunches....eager to see those bad-boys develop!!!

...it's true what they say though - no matter how big the muscle is - you won't see that sixer until the b/f comes down...

I'm thinking missy's problem must be genetic - assuming she's dialing everything in like she says....
 
Missy, one mistake alot of people make is not sticking to a diet long enough. Your body takes time to adjust to a diet, so if you are changing every week or two it may inhibit your progress.
As far as seeing your abs, be patient. work your abs everyday if 3 days a week arent cutting it. Plus, you sound like your new to the world of diet/ training. Be patient. Be consistant. You will reach your goal
 
i WOULD PROBABLY PICK UP SOME YOHIMBURN OR SOME YOHIME HCL AND SEE IF THAT MIGHT DO THE TRICK TO GET RID OF THAT STUBBORN FAT ON YOUR ABDOMINALS
