3 days a week (see the 5x5 threads). I try to eat something every 2 hours. Some days I can't though, because of school and work. But on average, I'll get 4-5 meals a day. 6 if it's a good day.
See that's the funny thing. I don't think i put on much BF at all. Maybe I'm just not noticing it because it's myself. But I do notice my chest is bigger, as well as my shoulders and traps.
same thing happened to me. i keep on thinking i gained like 13 lbs, cause im like 140-142 , and at one point i was 129.4 (that was after dropping 8 lbs for a contest), but i only gained like 3 lbs althought i did notice that my traps ...well they exist now.. they used to be so tiny.
