Ok I need some opinions on a hypothetical here. I have been dieting with low cals for quite a few months now. Usually have 1 cheat meal a week. My main calorie intake is usually around 2000-2200...... usually 6 meals a day, 350 cals each, give or take a few each meal depending on time of day.
I am about to start a cutting cycle in a week or 2 and Im wondering if I take a whole week of cheating, meaning raised cals and not so perfect foods, and then start back clean and low cals when i start my cycle, if this will help trick my metabolism and maybe start up the fat burning a little better?
Would cheating for a week (raising cals and eating not so perfect foods) be effective in helping for weight loss when i start cycle????
thanks for any help.
