:confused: All the people I ask this question give me different answers, half say i should lift for reps others say i should lift real heavy, i was thinking about doing some pyramiding is that a good idea, BTW i am taking omna 250, 250mg/week. any help would be appreciated. :newbie:
 
stick around and read the board for a while then u might just under stand what u are a bout to get your self into. not trying to flame ya but it sounds to me like u have never really lifted to your natural potential in the first place . that is what u should do b-4 going on gear, man. but if u gonna do it anyway. i say about 6-8 reps and about 3-4 sets but it depends on what kind of body u have and what kind of body type u r and how much u eat and what is the balance of your protien to carbs and little stuff like that...:mix:
 
I've been lifting long enough to know what my body responds to. My upper body grows on heavy weight/low reps, my lower body grows on moderate weight/high reps.
 
none of the above!

i do sets of 12-8-6 and certain muscle groups i go 12-8-6-3. i dont over train it just isnt worth it. if you eat good, sleep(8hrs) and protein intake(300-400mg ad). honest train normal IMOP! good luck!!!
 
when on juice all I do is 3-4 extra sets, 1 set of each exercise more, this way when Im off my cycle, I can kinda keep up to what I was doing when on steroids, thats the way I like it

example

chest flat 3sets
incline 3sets
decline 3sets
dumbbells 3sets
no more then 12 sets


on juice anywhere from 14-16
cf 4 sets
incline 4 sets
decline 4sets
dumbbells 4sets
