I want to start drinking 4-5 pints of milk a day is this too much? i already drink approx. 1 pint a day.

is there any health risks from drinking so much milk?
and what is a safe amount of milk to drink pr day?
thanks

much debate about this (besides the obvious lactose issue), although there are people who drink up to a gallon/day without problems.

milk is the best supplement period.i drink up to a gallon a day.bump to oxandrin....i just recently found that carb countdown milk and it tastes just like real milk with more protein and less carbs per serving.cant go wrong there!!

obiwan says they are feeding those cows some bunk ass feed

It's dependent upon goals, however for each 1 cup of milk there are 13 grams of carbs.

Those 13 are all lactose (SUGAR)

U do the math.

Carb Countdown rocks! I used to drink a gallon of 2% every couple days but have cut back some.

I was drinking 3 gallons a week at one point, but I have significantly cut it back because there are better protein sources out there. I could use less of the sugar.
