I have done it 21 times.. my triceps just kinda gave out too. I am 6'2 200 btw. I know willis mcgahee just did it 25 times and most nfl players do in the 20s so i would assume i am doing pretty well for being a natty.
Yeah, but did you see him doing it? He was bouncing it off of his chest like a spring board. I'm 5'9" and weigh about 195lbs. My best was about two weeks ago when I got 225 for 21 reps with good form. I gauge my strength with 225lbs most of the time because I've had two reconstructive shoulder surgeries which kind of makes it more difficult to go much over 315lbs.
when Im sauced to the hilt 50 reps is my best!!!!! I was working out with the linebacker of the tennessee titans, and I was natural, repped it 40 times for him!!!!
