How many days a week do you workout?

Just curious, how many days per week do you go to the gym (or workout, wherever)?

Lately, I seem to go only like 3x a week. 1 day for back, 1 for chest, and 1 for legs. (Arms and abs get thrown in there).

Actually I am still working on getting back into the gym scene, and eating right scene...the holidays man, they get ya. At least I'm not eating a ton of junk, even if I'm not quite on a "clean" diet.... :rolleyes:
 
I work out six days a week. Two or three (depending on my energy level) are lifting in an upper body/lower body split, and the other three or four are cardio. I'm cutting now, though - if I wasn't, I'd do cardio twice a week max.
 
I shoot for 5 days, but lately I have only been making it 4 days. No cardio, only lift enough to keep my behind from hitting the backs of my knees....
 
lol @ b'mom! Honey, I'm quite sure your behind is just where it's meant to be.

As for working out, usually 4 days a week, all weights, no cardio, but having just moved back here, started school, and my bike's still on the ship, etc etc, I'm not quite in a routine for cardio yet - will be heading out for some hiking, climbing, cycling, watersports etc as soon as everything's in gear. Will need to anyway, since I'm on a short dieting cycle at the moment.

I hear ya on the whole holiday getting you thing! I too had to get back into my eating and excercise routine.
I workout (30 cardio and weights) 2 days on and one off (if I feel like it I will do cardio on the off day.

I am trying to loose body fat so that is why I'm still hanging on to the cardio!
