Hi guys sorry for the lack of detail in my last post about my diet. I want to sucessfully lose body fat. I'm trying to structure a nutrition plan for myself that consists of 6 meals a day. Here are my stats. I'm 5'8, 180 lbs., BF%= 15+%. My totals for my eating plan is:
1847 calories
26 grams fat
213 grams protein
159 grams of carbs
Should I add in a few more carbs? Below is my meal plan. If you have any comments/suggestions I would appreciate the feedback.
