How many carbs a day?

Hi guys sorry for the lack of detail in my last post about my diet. I want to sucessfully lose body fat. I'm trying to structure a nutrition plan for myself that consists of 6 meals a day. Here are my stats. I'm 5'8, 180 lbs., BF%= 15+%. My totals for my eating plan is:

1847 calories
26 grams fat
213 grams protein
159 grams of carbs

Should I add in a few more carbs? Below is my meal plan. If you have any comments/suggestions I would appreciate the feedback.

Oatmeal
Protein Powder
Milk

MRP

Chicken Breast
Salad
Brown Rice

Cottage Cheese
Orange
Protein Powder

Protein bar

Chicken Breast
Salad
Milk


Suplementing w/ 3000mg's of CLA a day.

Definitely increase the protein to at least 225 if not 250. Keep carbs the same for now and do cardio four times a week for 30 minutes on an empty stomach. First thing in morning is best but if it has to be at night, make sure it's at least 1 1/2 hours after a protein meal (no carbs). This will force your body to use fat for energy instead of carbs. If this does not produce the results you want, lower carb intake by 25 grams although you should be fine with the carb intake you have now. You should not have to go lower than 200 grams per day to see results. Remember too much weight loss too quick indicates muscle loss. If you are OK with it, add an ECA (ripped fuel) to the program but remember 10 days on seven days off for those. Good luck
