I was just looking at b folds website (great site b fold) and I saw him doing the farmer's walk. That got me thinking, how do our bones (specifically leg bones) stand it? I mean muscles and ligaments and tendons can all grow stronger, can bones to? When b fold is walking with 600 lbs, there is probably more than 1000 lbs of force on one leg when the other one is up. How do the ankle bones take it, are bones just that strong?
