How do I drop 10lbs in 2 weeks?

My friends to drop 10 pounds in two weeks for an upcoming event that I need to look my best at. Shes 130 and 5'8" and she needs to get own to 120. She already does good cardio and lifting with a good diet. Any tips?
 
since her diet and training are good, I have a couple suggestions of which both are UNSAFE:
1. become bulimic for a couple weeks
2. use laxitives to lose water weight
 
tell her to steadily deplete her carbs....increasing the amount of protien with each amount of carbs she depletes. For example:

deplete 5g of carbs and replace it with 5g of protein.

ell her not to eat bread....bread spikes your insulin and makes you store fat. Any carbs she eats needs to be clean carbs....by saying clean I mean for her not to eat white rice or white pasta....it needs to be brown rice or brown pasta....they taste the same it's just that white rice or pasta has alot of preservatives and other adatives in them. pm me for any more advice!!!
 
I would suggest maybe dropping your carb intake substantially while upping your fat/protein intake to preserve muscle. That could help. Taraxatone is dangerous from what I understand but that MAY help drop excess water. Good luck! :D
 
i suggest u stay at that weight, i hate girls who r thinner than a asian penis pump!!
130 at 5'8'' is around about the weight u want, try and drink a little less water(no less than 1:5 letres a day though ho!)
and keep that deit clean!!
no asume the position and get back down on your knees
