anyone get in a hot tub after workout? We have a nice one at are local ymca...along with a steam room and hot room

I hit the steam after every workout and stretch whatever muscle group I worked that day and legs. Legs get special attention.

Steam room and occasionally just lay in my hottub. Damn i love getting a great sweat after a nice long workout.
