High carb cutting diet??

Did anyone cut on high carb low fat diet? I'm planning to try cut on high carb, just to se the resoults. I'm also endomorph, so I think that's the best cutting diet for sparing muscle. If someone cut on high carb, culd help me! My ratio would be 60c/20p/20f

That isn't a very efficient cutting diet IMO, bit technically you can cut on any diet as long as you end up in a caloric defecit somehow.

The best diet for muscle sparing abilities would be a high protein diet. Carbs should be kept lower to make it easier to burn your fat stores through exercise. Your body will burn glycogen stores first (carbs) and fat stores last, so the less carbs you take in, the less glycogen you have stored=more fat burned

that's also true, but if you look catabolic hormones, there are more benefits from high carb i think. One guy at gym eat carbs while cutting 20f/35p/45c, he has so ripped look and a lot of veins over his body, really insane. He told me that, he try keto and his muscles was so soft looking, then he try high carb and his muscles look really hard. ( he doesn't have any carb loading)

Depend of your goal...if you want to cut supa fast, than less carbs, high protein diet, low fat is the key.

Basically the body will get used to whatever you do. High protein low carb is easier because you don't get as hungry (Being more ketogenic towards the end of the diet indeed helps keep hunger low as it is a appetite suppressing diet due to it being mostly catabolic and forces the body into using it's own stores). More protein is also satiating.
Some also "Bloat" on carbs and just don't do well on them. Theoretically any lowering of food intake will facilitate weight loss. (Cept maybe a diet of 80-100% carbs in the beginning then you'll probably burn through all your protein stores/ muscles). Just keep it simple. Pick a goal, make a plan, execute. Good luck man!

i've tried everything and the best way i found is to eat carbs only during the day and cut back 4-5 hours before going to bed.. I eat 6 meals a day and 4-5 of them are medium-high carbs (only complex carbs) and the last 2 meals are carb free.. Adding a very low intensity cardio (20 min) to this im burning fat at a fast rate..
I used to eat all meals high carbed with no cardio, i just got fat, but adding the cardio not only helped in keeping the fat down, also helped with recovery tremendously.. Low intensity cardio post worokut is very very beneficial.. Try it..

x2... good points rick...

ive been working and studying nutrition for over 10 years and im not sure ive ever seen someone who is trying to cut on a high carb diet... could it possibly be done? well i guess anything is possible but its definitely not going to provide the type of cut most are looking for... you always need to be consuming some carbs but they should be kept to a minimum when cutting... everyones bodies react differently to different things so some might not gain as much weight on high carb as others but its just not going to be very effective for a cut...
