here's what i'm thinking....can i lose weight like this

ok. i've been doing some figuring. tell me is this would be good for losing bodyfat..

first of all...
i'm 19 yrs old, 5'8 225, probably about 25% bf.

here's what i'm thinking...

cals/pro/carbs/fat

meal 1: egg white omelet
3 egg whites, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of nofat cheese.
125/18/4/3

meal 2: nitro tech protein drink
16 oz of skim milk, 2 scoops of nitro tech
391/57/30/4

meal 3 (post workout): 2 fried chicken breasts, no skin. (i'll have to pick this up on the way to work)
633/114/0/16

meal 4: 1 6oz can of tuna
150/32.5/0/1

totals: 1299 cals/221 pro/34 carbs/28 fat

how does this look? i know the friend chicken may not be a great idea but it's quick, easy, and cheap. i'm broke.
 
With this amount of calories you will lose a lot of muscle!

Up the carbohydrates upon awakening and after trainig. Your body needs carbohydrates at this time, glycogen (sugars in muscles) will be used and must be refilled.

If you want to insist on taking almost no carbohydrates, go all the way, and skip all carbohydrates and do a CKD (Cyclic Ketogenic Diet). This will allow you to loose much more fat and save a lot more muscle.

well, call me stupid. but at this point i'm not really all that concerned w/ losing muscle. i've been chubby all my life and i'm willing to do anything to change it. if i can lose this fat and muscle goes w/ it i'll try to get the muscle back later. i'm not really worried about being all swolt up right now. just lean.
 
If losing muscle is your main goal, then try a ketogenic diet, it will able you to lose (and keep losing) more fat then with a high protein, low carbohydrate, low fat diet.

someone on the diet board told me that if i add 3 tbsp of flaxseed oil and 1 cup of oatmeal a day that it would keep my metabolism going.. it would take me from 1300 cals to about 2000 a day. that good enough??
 
I would throw in some kind of ECA to help ya out. If you arent concerned about muscle wasting and at the bf% you are at could even do some T3, or with some research could use some DNP. Doesnt seem you have done any AS i assume so probably dont know much on thyroid meds so if you plan on using the T3 do your research first and if yo go the DNP route need to read up on the search before using it. dont just jump into it can mess yourself up if you arent careful. good luck

i've taken one light cycle of propionate only. i've been reading alot about t3 and dnp. i plan on taking a t3/clen and eca cycle as soon as i can save the money to do it. right now i'm taking xenadrine and it's helping some.
 
I like the recommendation your brought up with the flax and oatmeal. You will lose fat quickly at 10xyour bodyweight.
so this would be better for you. Try to do your cardio in the morn on an empty stomach and you will be amazed with your results. Good luck
