Good thing I'm not shy.
Two months ago I stopped having cheerios for breakfast and started having a cup of oatmeal instead. I cook the oatmeal in water with a 1/2 cup of raisins and then mix in some milk after cooking. I then eat this with a glass of milk on the side for breakfast. The problem is it seems to be giving me a lot of gas. Two weeks ago I went back to cheerios to see if it made a difference, and sure enough my gas went away.
I'm going back to the oatmeal because I like it, but is there something I can do for the gas problem? Like something I can eat with the oatmeal that will counteract the gas? I really don't want to pop pills or take any kind of drugs for it, I would prefer a more natural solution.
