hello have terribly unfortunatly been on a shitty college diet for the past 6-7 months since end of august. 2 big meals a day, usually some shitty snack type pizza or decent sub at night and who knows in the daytime. plus way too much beer and liqour. amazingly my ectomorph skills have allowed me to continue at about 150 lbs and still ripped with a 6 pack and shit.
im going to be intense hiking/forest tripping this summer and just bought 10 lbs of whey protein isolate. i will be working out quite hard for 4 months straight and improving my diet as the best i can around here. its definitly partly my fault also. keeping up hydration 4+litres water per day. will be taking creatine and dextrose 2 months in. looking to reach 165 solid cut by june 15th or so.
question. when doing what (i think) is cardio all day in the summer, canoe tripping and intense hiking will continuing on the whey protein be beneficial, ie should i bring enough out therre on my trips. it would be a diet supplement i imagine, shitty trip food also, always lose weight on trip, so would this keep me more full. would have to be drinking with lake water instead of milk but oh well, is it a good idea. defdinitly im working out for 4 months straight tho, gotta get back on my fitness game, i feel like shit, smoking waaaay too much herb also, at least i dont smoke cigs. i take multivitamins daily also.

i need more like 6 meals per day plus 3 shakes to gain, im a fucking hardgainer when it comes down it. with my changed and now limited diet, i noticed i dont shit as much either, sometimes no shits in a day, wheras when eating fully on bulking styles 6 meals and shakes might shit 2-3 times per day. maybe this is an obvious point
