Just keep it up and stay motivated. When I first started working out, I felt like I wasn't making the gains I was supposed to either. I would read those so called Muscle Magazines trying to keep up with these pro workouts. Talk about being let down. LOL Well after 6 years lifting, I have learned alot and continue to, but I have grown to love this sport. I couldn't live without hittin the gym!!
