Hi All, havent been here for a while, origionally joined in november 2000

Tried to upgrade to platinum but nothing is easy and It wouldnt let me for some reason, very frustrating anyway look forward to chatting to you all again, some will remember me, for those that dont, im a bodybuilding coach and a Mod on many bodybuilding forums, the biggest being www.muscletalk.co.uk which is a UK forum.
