5:45am- 2 CB, 4 L-rex, 1 T-rex with 500ml water and YES (definitely best usage after shower/exfoliating)
6:30am- HIIT treadmill 30 min 500ml water
7:30am- shake
2 scp protein
1 tspn glutamine
1.5 cups nonfat milk
11:00am-
handful almonds
500 ml water
12:30- 4 L-rex 250ml water
2:00- 2 T-rex
fresh baby spinach leaves w/ 4 sliced stwbrry & several blbrry
2 tspn FF basl vingrtte drsg
1 can albacore tuna
4 crackers- low sodium
500ml water
6:00pm- Gym-Back
500ml water
7:30pm-
grilled chicken breast
small baked potato
1.5 cups green beans
500ml water
9:30-500ml water
