1 tsp glutamine
1.5 cups nonfat milk
500ml h2o
multi-vit

11:00am- 1 Trex
4 egg whites (was out of nuts)
500ml h2o

12:45- 4 Lrex 250ml h2o

2:00- 2 Trex
exact lunch as monday & tuesday (seeing a pattern here)

4:00- 4 Lrex 500ml h2o

6:00pm- 1/2 tblspn pbutter h2o

7:00pm- 2 CEE & 1 Trex250ml h2o
7:30- Gym-LEGS (killed it!) already sore 500ml h2o

8:45-2 gluc-R 250ml h2o

9:00pm-shake
2 scp whey protein
1 tsp glutamine
1.5 cups water

10:00-1 grilled chic breast w/ 1 cup green beans
Alias season finale <~~very important part of diet
