Hey bro glad that you are out of the pain zone. On your warmups, try breaking it down into 2 sets of 3 and see how that works for you.

Ran through this workout in about 45 min and barely broke a sweat,on monday ill start mixing in some heavy sets at the end. weighed in at 191, i'm gonna be honest ive been slacking on my diet the last ten days or so. I havn't been getting all my meals in and eating dirty a little more than I want. Iv'e lost a lot of definition but i'm not concerned with that right now, it's all about size. start beast on monday and will dial my diet back in and this will make the difference between 20 and 30 lbs on this cycle....well i'm hoping anyways lol.
 
I think your gonna be fine bro. Everybody slacks here and there man. Its the over all long term that makes the diff. That second set of pics shows a pretty dam good diff bro! Keep killin dat shit man!
