Hey bro maybe doing a little bit more extensive warm ups will help your joints too. Also now that its getting cold out lift in a sweatshirt. Keep that body heat in!

I'm at about 190 now. I saw your pics, you're still pretty lean, just keep bulking until the spring and keep packing on muscle, then cut slowly and you'll be nice and ripped for the summer
took the weekend off from training and diet, gonna take tomorrow off too, i feel i need it. Then I will deload at 80% of my max 5x5 and hit tues,thurs,sat and hopefully my body will be well rested for the last 4 weeks of my cycle. Hoping beast will put on another 10lbs to hit and even 200
