I work 10 pm till 5 am. (used to be 8-6am before surgery) Then have Uni 9-4, so I don't actually have time to get adequate sleep. But Uni just finished. So now im going to explode in training/gains
good food and more than 1-2 hour of sleep per night haha. Just laying down now and gonna get 3 hours of sleep before the gym >
