weighed in at 189 today. up 1 lb since last week and 19 in 8 weeks. Been lingering around this weight for the last few weeks. Unless my eyes are devcieving me It's looking and feeling like I'm leaning back out which is crazy because I'm eating everything in sight right now. I think I hit or grazed a nerve in my trap when pinning test prop and I'm reagrivating it because I'm getting a sharp pain shooting from my trap through my delt down to my elbow after a couple sets of squats and it seems to be getting worse every workout. It's almost like my right arm is dead weight by the time I finish my squats. I'm gonna finish out the week and then deload to give my body a little break before I pop my bottle of beast
Deload not a bad idea bro. IDK about the neve thing. When I hit one there is absolutly no doubt that I did it bro. No question about it at all. If it dosnt come back soon get to your Dr and check it out bro. Better to catch it early on.

Huh..I dont know what it could be then? I don't have insurance so the doctor is last resort lol. I'm gonna shoot for 305x5x5 on my Dl on wed. And 200x5x5 on my bench on fri then reload to 80% of were I maxed out just to give my body a break, that's probably all I need

Thanks kc...yeah I'm def looking more defined, in my arms and traps in paticular. So ill take muscle over water anyday. Also my sense of well being has been through the roof on this cycle. Especially the last week or so (im assuming the eq is kicking in). You're gonna love it bro
