That's sick bro !! How is the OHP now ? I had a decently hard time with 120 lol, I must have weak shoulders
I'm alternating 10x3 every other workout with ohp,dl, and bench and staggering them and it's really keeping me going on the 5x5 and steadily increasing strength every workout

cycle is 14 weeks, and I'm at the end of week 7 so I'm just over half way and still have a bottle of beastdrol to run lol. I'm actually debating just going on hrt and staying on a low dose of test. I'll throw some vids up when I hit my goals numbers wise, I wanna DL 405 by the time this cycle is up which would be about a 80lb increase. I really only trained like this for 6 weeks before I started this cycle last winter during the transformation contest, so I think I have come a long ways for someone who never even know how to DL properly until the transformation contest in January
 
Funny cuz I'm also considering hrt but wanna have anothe kid..so I'm a put it on hold for a while...
