So between my right delt and lack of sleep this workout was trash, I stalled again on the ohp 115 and completely flatlined on my 5th set of deads. Although I think I figured out what's irritating my rigth trap/delt. I'm putting the bar too far down on my back forcing me to over extend my arms in order to balance the bar on my traps, I put the bar up a little farther on my back and my arm started to feel a little bit better but all these squats are tearing the middle of my back up in between my shoulders at the top of my spine, so out of instinct I was dropping the bar farther down to avoid this. You know you squat a lot when your back is bleeding were the bar sits after every workout lol. One more workout then I'll probably take the whole weekend of and deload to give my body a little rest
