Thanks kc...yeah I'm def looking more defined, in my arms and traps in paticular. So ill take muscle over water anyday. Also my sense of well being has been through the roof on this cycle. Especially the last week or so (im assuming the eq is kicking in). You're gonna love it bro

Huh..I dont know what it could be then? I don't have insurance so the doctor is last resort lol. I'm gonna shoot for 305x5x5 on my Dl on wed. And 200x5x5 on my bench on fri then reload to 80% of were I maxed out just to give my body a break, that's probably all I need

Dam bro that sucks. Well keep us up on it anyway. Work on your ROM and do a lot of gentle stretching on it.
 
Im planning on having another child maybe 2 so gonna put it on hold for now..otherwise will be cruising and blasting...
@ Zed is it possible to get someone pregnant while on HRT , I know the LH Levels will be very low but Im not sure
 
On another good board that I use there is a log of a guy that managed to do so. But I dont think its the norm. That would be a good question for
RADAR'S "ask me a question" thread.

10min sauna

So between my right delt and lack of sleep this workout was trash, I stalled again on the ohp 115 and completely flatlined on my 5th set of deads. Although I think I figured out what's irritating my rigth trap/delt. I'm putting the bar too far down on my back forcing me to over extend my arms in order to balance the bar on my traps, I put the bar up a little farther on my back and my arm started to feel a little bit better but all these squats are tearing the middle of my back up in between my shoulders at the top of my spine, so out of instinct I was dropping the bar farther down to avoid this. You know you squat a lot when your back is bleeding were the bar sits after every workout lol. One more workout then I'll probably take the whole weekend of and deload to give my body a little rest
 
Yeah bro stalling out just sucks and that is all there is to it man. Time for you to do just as you said bro, deload and get a little rest. Best thing for you.

I widened my grip on the bbl on my squats ant it helped my arm but the pain in my elbow was still there and nothing short of agonizing, my joints are def feeling it right now. This routine is really taking a toll on my body. I'm gonna take the weekend off then deload in Monday and if that doesn't help I Will just take the week off all together. Sucks but my body needs it. I wanna be able to finish strong with beastdrol
 
Hey junkie how much fish oil are you taking right now. Also keep hydrated that will help your joints some bro. Are you using gelatine in your PWO shake? If your not then start right now bro. That makes a big diff, RADAR told me about that.
